This is our story. This is our family. The story actually began in the 1930', when a man by the name of F.F. "Bud" Adams, Sr. started selling land on Jupiter Island. He reared a son there, Bud Jr. teaching him the importance of relationships and reputation. Bud Jr. founded Illustrated Properties in 1975 with the idea that a real estate company could be something really extraordinary. In the 1980's, Bud was joined by his son, F.F. "Chappy" Adams and together they have created a company that has grown to become the largest independent real estate company in Palm Beach county.

The secret to the success of Illustrated Properties is in the quality of its people and the relationships that they have with the communities they serve. Knowing that the skills needed to develop new communities differs greatly From sales and marketing of those communities, Illustrated Properties has created a separate division - New Homes and Communities.
